I have placed an order but now I want to cancel it and get my amount refunded back. How can I do it?
We
are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order.
If you have placed an
order and your order is not yet shipped, you can directly cancel it from My
Account section.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team to
place and order cancellation request.
If in case your order is already shipped
and in transit, then you need to contact our Customer Support team for placing
an Order Cancellation request.
Please note that, if a shipped order is
cancelled, you will get a refund for the Product Amount only. The shipping
charges that are paid while placing the order won’t be refunded back in any
circumstances.
